Hello all,

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a few weeks now and I was just wondering with
The stretches how hard I should pull the stretch

Cause it is the newbie routine do I want to just do light stretches to start to make sure
I don’t wake up with a lifeless doodle from it being overworked too quickly

Or should I go for the good stretch feel and just go to a point before pain, not right before pain but
Comfortable,

Just asking these questions because I have a habit of causing myself to have a dead penis from
Overtraining and over stress ,

And when kegeling while stretching, should I stretch hold kegel but try and keep penis extended and
Not let the kegel bring it in a bit or will this be a good way to over stress my penis

Any help will be greatly appreciated

I think that is a great description of how hard to stretch. Go as far as you can without causing pain.

I don’t kegel at all during stretching. I don’t like the extra blood being pumped into my penis. But if you insist, then I would use the same concept as above: go until you feel pain - or right before it actually.

I am a newb as well, and I also have had questions about intensity.

I am starting to learn that one thing about being a newbie is that you are learning your body, and you are conditioning your penis.

I have slowly ramped up the intensity over time now, and when I stretch I really pull. I have no idea whether such intensity would have hurt me a month ago.

The deal is that I want to grow as fast as possible without hurting myself or over-training. Nobody can tell you how to do that. That’s why you have to learn your body.

On the other hand, I do pull as hard as I can without pain. I personally hate the time it takes to do this, and to waste one precious minute would be a shame.

Yea looks like I’ve got to work it out for myself:) thanks for the help though,

I find I can go into an overtraining state from jelq’ing so I am very light,
Stretches don’t effect me as much

I may be a weak little fucker but I pull as hard as I can. It doesn’t hurt. The only thing that does hurt is when I dont get a good grab and the glans get pinched or squeazed to hard.
