Stretching skin

I’m circumcised and after doing PE for a couple of months hair climbed about an inch up the shaft.
So far I found only one way of stretching the skin: holding jelq grip at base and near head and stretching for about 30 secs.
Could you give any other tips?
P.S. I don’t have any PE devices

Finding hair on your shaft after awhile is common with PE.

Try shaving your shaft, then you can go back to your old way.

I’m not too experienced in PEing, since I’ve been doing it only for 4 months, but eas far as I remember PEing Gurus say that it’s a good sign to the hair on your shaft. It means,your dick has started to grow.

I am doing foreskin restoration (FR) at the same time as PE. I have been doing FR for 15 months and PE for two months. I am cut pretty tight. :(

I use a TLC tugger during the day and at night. I think it is helping to keep the skin from going up the shaft. :)
