Stretching skin pain.

Are there any ways to relief or eliminate the skin irritation/pain that comes with manual stretching.I can’t hold my stretches for over 20 seconds because of the pain.

I tried wrapping a soft cloth and tissue, but it doesn’t do much to ease the pain.

How are you doing stretches? You should not grip skin when stretching.

You should grip the head of the penis and stretch. You should be feeling a stretch on you penis and not your skin.

I am uncut and have quite a lot of extra skin. I normally grab behind the glans while the skin is over the glans. Kingkong, Are you saying this is a bad way to do the stretches? I am not experiencing any skin pain though. I should pull the skin behind the glans and only grip the glans itself? Tried that but the pressure on the glans is too much of a discomfort to me.

Yeah, I have the same “problem”. If I pull the skin behind the head and hold around the head and stretch, I can´t stretch hard enough because it feels uncomfortable, so I don´t really feel anything going on, it just hurts my head. I grab just below the head while the skin is over the glans, and then I can stretch hard enough to feel the stretch.


April 2008 : BPEL = 13.6 cm NBPEL = 12.7 cm ( measured girth wrong I think, so I won´t put it up here before next time I measure)

May 2008 : BPEL = 14.2 cm NBPEL = 12.8 cm

June 2008 : BPEL = 14.7 cm NBEL = 13 cm MSEG = 10.9 cm

I am cut, so to stretch I grab at the base of the head right where it meets the shaft.however I can’t achieve a strong stretch because of the pain. And I fear that I might lose sensitivity through this.

Yeah, Norwegian92, that’s how I do it too. My main concern though, is that you also stretch the skin itself this way. I hope this won’t lead to even more skin that would be hanging over my glans! :(

Yeah, I´m not sure about that. Could someone please clarify this ? Because if I grab below my head with the skin retracted and try to stretch, it just hurts, and I can´t stretch hard enough.

Yes. Over time your skin will get conditioned and you will be able to go at it harder. Just tug easily for now and get accustomed.

I can’t think of why simple stretches should cause pain to the outer skin. When I pull on the glans, the skin on my shaft seems to become somewhat looser, if anything, than when it’s normally flaccid.

Unless the skin is also being pulled on specifically (in such a manner so as to cause pain) it shouldn’t cause any pain to the skin itself. The tension should be on the glans, which is more directly connected to the cavernosa, and the internal parts of the penis.

Oh, one other question: how hard are you pulling?

I’m a bit confused here. I always grabbed about an inch below the head and did my stretching. I’ve had gains, but maybe this technique is contributing ligs do. This seems like it would be good for tunica work but not ligament gains. Have I been stretching wrong for 3 months?

I do have somewhat tight skin. And I pull with enough force to feel the stretch, but can’t pull for long because of the pain. I’m willing to ignore the pain as long as there is no permanent sensitivity issues with this. Any ideas on that too?
