Stretching skin pain.

wassup, use less force when stretching. Time counts more than force.

You never should feel pain with any PE technique.
Try using a baby-powder, you can pull with the same force but less tight grip. You could also have some micro-cuts/irritation, and the powder will aid disinfecting the area.

The Continental, I suggest: if it’s working stay with that. You’ll have time to experiment variations.

To Norwegian and Dar Blight: yes, if you don’t retract the skin you’ll likely have a growth of it. But is extra-skin worse than pain? I’d say not, but the choice is yours.

Ok I will. When I pull though it feels like I’m using force of 10lbs+. If it ain’t broke though…

Ok, thanks Marinera :) I will just try to stretch with less force, and grip right below my head then. Cause I really don´t want any more foreskin.


April 2008 : BPEL = 13.6 cm NBPEL = 12.7 cm ( measured girth wrong I think, so I won´t put it up here before next time I measure)

Thanks for the answer. I guess that I should just try to pull the skin back then, even though it’s a bit uncomfortable. I already have quite a lot of extra skin down there, I believe. If I stretch the tip of the overhanging skin while being flaccid, the skin is almost 1.97 inch longer than the tip of my glans. Do you happen to know if this is quite unusual? Most uncut guys that I’ve have skin that is no longer than the tip of the glans.


My Stats:

THEN: BPEL: 5.39 inch || EG Base: 4.33 inch || BPFL: 3.23 inch || EG Mid: 4.1 inch

Mine hurts

I have only just started this whole thing I looked at a few vids and forums before I started and it didn’t seem all that bad if loads of other guys were doing it but it’s only my 3rd day new and I have a pain at the base and when I stretch it again the pain just gets worse also the skin on my penis is painful to .

Is this normal for a beginner any ideas to help ?

Sorry for the delay. It’s 1.5” overhanging for me, so I think you have nothing abnormal or such. Since you don’t have problems with sexual intercourse, excess of skin is not a problem.Don’t worry.

You don’t have to have pain never when PEing. If there is an axiom in PE, is that.

I guess you are doing:

1. Straight down stretches;
2. using lot of force.

Try stretching straight out/up, using less force. The pain is caused by too tension on ligs, I think.

Regarding the pain on the skin, this is not common, buy what I know. There are 2 chances here, I think:

a: you’re stretching your skin; as I said, you should not grab the skin when you stretch.
b: the pain is caused by irritated skin; likely, you are using a wrong lube when jelquing (soap?). Use olive oil.

If this doesn’t help, post again, being more specific.

No I have given up now I can’t seem to get it right ..

But if any one has any other methods then I will give them a try
