If you could - exactly what do ‘you’ feel while stretching?

I feel that good stretching sensation, but after like 3-4 min in a manual stretch it goes somewhat.

For experienced, advanced strecthers: Holding a manual stretch or a hang for a long time - say… 10+ min - does the stretching sensation go? What does it mean when/if it does?? Hold longer, pull harder/more weight?


Start: 15/07/12 EL: 6.0 (NPB) EG: 5.7/16ths (Midshaft). Next measuring: 15/10/12

Goal/Be Really Pleased With: EL: 7 1/2. EG: 6.0.

I’m also curious about this. As a beginning PE-er it’s easy for me to overdo it, because it feels as if I could use a lot more force and that seems a bit tricky. How exactly do you know that you’ve had a good stretching session? Should I feel an itch or is it more of a burning sensation?

I am also in need of that answer from the pros.

As I am now hanging, the sensation is of strain in the ligaments, and that was the feeling I was hoping for with manual stretches, but never achieved.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Well put question, hopefully someone can chime in, I would like to know as well.

I’ve had manual stretching sessions as long as 1 hour (of course, split into sets up to 5 minutes at a time before switching hands and/or stretching direction). The sensation is pretty much always the same for me, you just have to make sure to pull the inner structure of the penis and not the skin. Pulling the skin feels much different and it can be even painful.

Only thing that changes during the session is flaccid stretched length which gets a bit longer towards the end of workout… Oh and after that much stretching hands get very fatigued.
