Hi guys. I’m Jonathan, 19yo, have a question about the exercise stretch. I try, for all times, make a warm-up of 5 minutes, and later begin the exercises.. The problem is between stretch, my penis always stay erect, and I can’t do the exercise.. What I do?? I’m a teen bodybuilder and have a big healthy nutrition with all supplements and very protein, but never make the exercises for more of a week.. (My English is bad, sorry)..

You are asociating PE with masturbation/ hot stuff…stop it… nothing kinky about stretching. Just think about it as something LOGICAL to make the dick bigger.

What you are doing is material and non-sexual. You are stretching a body part carefully in order to make it bigger. I truely believe it’s psychological mindset. (subconscious stuff)

Don’t think about erections… Don’t think about not having erections… Think about succesful PE as it should be…

Same mindset used in ejaculation control:

I’m having difficulties mentaining erection level while jelqing… I need autosuggestion, my brain/body has to understand that although I’m not doing anything sexual I need an erection level for whatever am I doing…

I have this same problem with partial erections during stretching. I’m not even thinking about anything sexual, but as soon as I warm up or start stretching, I get about a 30-60% erection. I have one right now actually…

How can I stop this? I was thinking about masturbating just before but I don’t know if that is the answer.

It’s OK masturbating before stretching.

Once your penis has learned to separate masturbation and stretching, erections will be less of a problem.

I’ve found that speed and makes all the difference. I count slowly as I do my routine, making sure never to increase to masturbation speeds. Standing is also important for me so I don’t become too comfortable.
