Hi guys. I’m Jonathan, 19yo, have a question about the exercise stretch. I try, for all times, make a warm-up of 5 minutes, and later begin the exercises.. The problem is between stretch, my penis always stay erect, and I can’t do the exercise.. What I do?? I’m a teen bodybuilder and have a big healthy nutrition with all supplements and very protein, but never make the exercises for more of a week.. (My English is bad, sorry)..
