Hey, I’m from Turkey so English is not my native language, if I do something wrong about language please warn me.

I have a question about stretching. I’ve read many articles about this exercises and one of them was saying that I must stretch my penis when it’s flaccid but when I look stretching photos here, the stretching penis looks %70-80 erected. I didn’t start the newbie routine because of this. So what’s the right way to do this exercise ?

Flaccid. Welcome on board.


Starting: 6.6" EL , 4.7" EG

Goal: 8" EL , 6" EG


I’d even like to say: completely flaccid and well prepared with heat.
It’s all about stretching the ligaments, which you should always warm-up before.
You risk less injuries that way.

And don’t pull fast into the stretch. Do it slowly over several seconds.
Same thing at the end: not let go the stretch like a snapping rubber.
Build down the stretch force over several seconds.
