Stretching question

First off I know how to stretch.

My question is about stretching in a more efficient way.

I usually just do my stetchin with one hand, but is it good if I use my other hand? While I’m stretching with one hand I make my other hand into a downward peace sign. My pointer is on one side of my P and my middle finger is on the other side. And my palm is on the pubic hair area. If I don’t do this while I stretch my P that pube skin area gets a stretch as well. If I do the downward peace sign I feel like I get a better stretch.

Is this alright to the downward peace sign thing?
Does it help using it rather than not using it?
Do any of you out there do the same thing?

Use one hand man, you don’t wanna rip it off.

It’s called A and V stretches. You can also use a sock or a drumstick to make the bend. These are the only kind of stretches I do as I feel straight stretches don’t do anything for me. Experiment!

Another question about stretching; I’m a newbie but can I set up different stretching sessions throughout the day? 10 minutes in the morning shower, 10 minutes while in bed before a nap, and 10 minutes during my 2nd/3rd shower..

Or will it be too much?? NO jelqing, just extra stretching.

I’ve read a little about those kinds of stretches, but I’m not about to try them as part of my routine until I get a few months along. They definitely are a lot more intense than the ones where you pull straight out. Don’t injure yourself.

Yes that is fine. Some members even encourage to split up stretching throughout the day.

What!? I don’t think what I’m talking about is called A or V stretches since I’m not “bending” any part of my dude during the stretch. I’ve read the direction of those AV stretches and I didnt understand how to do them so I don’t even try. Sorry but I think I’m talking about something different.

Am I doing my stretches completely wrong then? I usually just stretch with one hand. I rarely stretch my P so that it is parallel with the floor. I stretch using the OK grip so that my P head is facing the floor. I then stretch my P so that it is facing 4 oclock and the 9 oclock (30 second hold each. 4 sets) and then 12 oclock.

I was just wondering about the peace sign stretch. Once again I don’t think it’s call A or V stretching.

One hand is enough. More is not always better. I do 30 second stretches, 15 of them, in 5 directions (down, up, straight out, left right), each direction 3 times. I’m planning to increase it to 20 x 30 seconds in near future. When I stretch, I simply pull back my foreskin and grasp the penis below the glans with overhand or underhand grip, depending on current direction. Always 100% flaccid, of course. I like manual stretches because they’re very simple and you can do something else at the computer while you’re holding the stretch.

When you stated that you pulled back your foreskin.is the extra skin pulled to the head or to the base?

I stretch with the skin bundled at the head. And I pull with my grip usually close to the base. Correct?

The stretching itself takes 7.5 minutes, with pauses included it’s usually total of 10-15 minutes. I get excited very easily so sometimes I have to wait for semi to become completely flaccid.

You must pull the foreskin towards the base so that you glans is completely exposed. Then you have to grip below the glans where skin is not covering the shaft, otherwise you’ll be stretching too much skin.

If you grip your penis close to the base, I imagine you’re stretching both the ligaments and the skin, but not the tunica. So I guess that’s wrong.
