Stretching Question

Where are you supposed to grasp the penis when doing manual stretches? I’ve always held it right behind the head, but I’ve recently heard from some ADS threads that numbness could occur if the ADS is attached right behind the head (because of a large amount of nerves in the area). Should it be held somewhere along the shaft for manual stretches as well?

I’m kinda scared right now, someone please explain.

I grip about an inch up from my glans, it kind of slides down about half inch. The area you want to avoid is the bit that seperates the gland from the foreskin the pinker bit. That’s where I got my nerve injury from.

Thanks, so you just grab a little bit behind the head? I’ve always used the head as sort of a stopper, kind of like a knot in a climbing rope, to get a good grip. Looks like I better stay away from that from now on!

Yeah I grip an inch up from the base of the glans. I try and focus on gripping the sides of the shaft at all times.

When you apply ADS to your penis, you leave it there for a long period of time maybe for hours. So in ADS you have to avoid hurting the glans. But in manual stretch you do the exercises for a short time, so you don’t have to worry.

I think you can use the glans as a stopper, MakeYouScream. This ensures that you stretch the inner penis, not just the skin as in the case of grip it away from the glans. But you should focus on the sides of the penis, as Lord suggested, to avoid injury. Because the nerves are located on the top and the bottom side of the penis.
