Stretching question

I have increased my stretching routine to 40min now and do it everyday. What kind of lenght gains can you get by just stretching alone? Iv been doing it for about a month now and noticed nothing significant. Have been doing mostly v stretches and stretching straight out. Please enlighten me on this subject.

Manual stretching alone probably won’t be a significant means of gaining length. That isn’t to say you won’t gain anything, but most gains from the common PE exercises come from jelqing (IMO).

Mix jelqing and stretching and you will grow.

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6
