Stretching question
I know this has probably been asked before but I don’t see it anywhere..
When doing stretches, where are you supposed to grip? I’m under the impression that it’s the head but if that’s not the case please let me know. I want to make sure I’m doing everything correct. Also, in the newbie routine, what are the best stretches to do? I got some info from.? I thought it was this forum? And what I’ve been doing is
Helicopter shakes (basically loosen up by swinging around.. Like a helicopter.)
To the left over thigh(for 25 kegels is what was instructed)
Clockwise crank
Counterclockwise crank
Helicopter shakes
To the right over thigh 25 kegels
Clockwise crank
Counterclockwise crank
Helicopter shakes
Straight out 25 kegels
Straight up 25 kegels
This seems like too much and is it good or bad to do kegels while stretching?
