I know this has probably been asked before but I don’t see it anywhere..

When doing stretches, where are you supposed to grip? I’m under the impression that it’s the head but if that’s not the case please let me know. I want to make sure I’m doing everything correct. Also, in the newbie routine, what are the best stretches to do? I got some info from.? I thought it was this forum? And what I’ve been doing is

Helicopter shakes (basically loosen up by swinging around.. Like a helicopter.)
To the left over thigh(for 25 kegels is what was instructed)
Clockwise crank
Counterclockwise crank
Helicopter shakes
To the right over thigh 25 kegels
Clockwise crank
Counterclockwise crank
Helicopter shakes
Straight out 25 kegels
Straight up 25 kegels

This seems like too much and is it good or bad to do kegels while stretching?


I think most people stretch by gripping right under the glans. I think the stetches you should be doing most are the basics. Straight out, up, down, left, right, up left, down left, up right and down right. And my some btc’s(between the cheeks).

Started 5.5 x 4.5 erect Length and Girth Goal 7 x 6.5 erect Length and Girth

Currently 5.9 x 5.5 erect Length,Girth and going !

I always leave the head alone. There’s something about nerves there, I do not remember.

All I know is I will have sharp pains 1-24 hours after if I pinch, grip, or jelq the head.

Sept. 4, '07: BPEL 6.875 inches, EG widest 5.25

Goal: Double digits

You don’t need to kegel while stretching. You may want to incorporate some kegels with jelqing.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
