I just did my first stretching session today, and had a couple questions.
I didnt need any baby powder or anything to assist with my grip, does that mean I’m grasping my penis too tight?
Is stretching about stretching the ligaments at the base of the penis, so it doesnt matter where you grip your shaft, as long as you feel the stretch atthe base?
And is it important to massage the head and shaft after every rep? Thanks guys.
