I just did my first stretching session today, and had a couple questions.

I didnt need any baby powder or anything to assist with my grip, does that mean I’m grasping my penis too tight?

Is stretching about stretching the ligaments at the base of the penis, so it doesnt matter where you grip your shaft, as long as you feel the stretch atthe base?

And is it important to massage the head and shaft after every rep? Thanks guys.

No, it just means you can stretch without it. Be glad.

It is better to stetch about 0.5-1.0” away from the glans, but due to slippage it is ok if the grip hits the glans (I know mine does, and it hasn’t changed anything)

Massage after everyrep is unnecessary and very time consuming. After every 15-20 or so is better.

It should be no problem if you experience no obvious bad symptoms. I can only get a grip on my glans and immediately around it. My shaft skin is too mobile. Just pay close attention to what you’re feeling while performing the stretches. The inner foreskin and the frenulum (or their remnants) can be pretty delicate tissues, so use abundant common sense with your stretching and any other PE work.

As long as you don’t feel that you are ripping your glans off. Most of your grip should be on the shaft with the glans acting like a block. Youi should feel tension at the base, and 1-1.5” above it.
