Guys, when I stretch I basically stretch non-stop for 12 minutes or so. I don’t do reps. I only take short breaks when my hand gets tired or if I am changing position to go under the leg or something. Is this bad? I can feel the stretch after my workout is over. I feel it right now actually in my crotch area. There’s a lot of pressure applied to the ligaments I suppose. I don’t see the reason for reps. I think this will be successful and it already has been (gained 1/8” this week in my first week back in 4 years off). What do you think?
