Guys, when I stretch I basically stretch non-stop for 12 minutes or so. I don’t do reps. I only take short breaks when my hand gets tired or if I am changing position to go under the leg or something. Is this bad? I can feel the stretch after my workout is over. I feel it right now actually in my crotch area. There’s a lot of pressure applied to the ligaments I suppose. I don’t see the reason for reps. I think this will be successful and it already has been (gained 1/8” this week in my first week back in 4 years off). What do you think?

Sounds like you are basically doing the equivalent of hanging, which does seem to work!

Gains come more easier after you originally gained them. If you are not releasing your grip to allow blood flow, just make sure nothing wrong is going on down there, for example, turning blue or purple.
