This is what I do for the stretching portion. Warm-up for like 8 minutes, 30 seconds up, 30 seconds down, 30 seconds left, 30 seconds right, 30 seconds circle one, warm-up for 1-2 minutes again, 30 seconds up, 30 seconds down, 30 seconds left, 30 seconds right, 30 seconds circle one, warm-up for 1-2 minutes again, 30 seconds up, 30 seconds down, 30 seconds left, 30 seconds right, 30 seconds circle one, warm-up for 1-2 minutes again, then onto my jelqing :)
