Hi all this will be my first post and I am a long time lurker. The question that is getting to me is that when doing manual stretching I am a little bit confused on how to pull on my penis. I am circumcised and I am not sure whether you guys are actually just grabbing the head (which kind of hurts me when I pull hard) or if you are grabbing the skin on the shaft and letting that roll over the head while pulling? (This doesn’t hurt as bad but it seems to me like I am just stretching the skin and not my dick) Someone please straighten this out for me. Thanks!

You don’t pull the glans, nor the skin, but in between: the circ scar.

I’m circumsized too, by the way. And the ones who aren’t just pulls the foreskin backwards and grab as mentioned above.

Yes, I’ve been wondering about this as well. Whenever I try to grab behind the glans(on the part of the shaft closer to your body) I can’t get a good grip, even when I pull back the skin(I’m not cut). The only way for me to get a grip about an inch behind the glans in to squeeze really hard, and then it feels like I’m gonna hurt my shaft. How do you get a good grip there without having to squeeze so damn hard?

Put some blood in your glans to improve grip. Works excellent.

Try not to grip too tightly above the glans, this might cause dorsal vein damage.

Don’t know if this will help, but I find that I can get a great grip after I take a hot shower. My penis is already more and feels more elastic. The dry skin helps me get a good grip.

Try and use your entire palm to grip. Its like clenching your fist around your dick.

Grab just behind the glans while you have put some blood in it. Only put some blood in the glans, not in the shaft. Then grip as tight as needed to not make your dick slap out of your hand. Then you won’t grip to tightly.

And whose blood do you suggest he uses? Lol. Are you asking him to draw blood from his body? Well, Im sure he’d die after a few PE sessionss.

:confused: Don’t you get that you can put some blood in your glans by doing a kegel and push it forward just before stretching or is this an attempt to be funny?

Bird has it spot on, stretching is nigh on impossible with a low erection level. Engorged glans are the way to go.
