Stretching question.

I have a question regarding stretching. I read that with a low LOT you should stretch/hang high to stretch the tunica for length gains (I believe, can’t remember at this moment). Well I have been doing that and at first I could feel the stretch but lately I haven’t been feeling as much stretching. Does this mean that my tunica(?, the one on bottom) is stretched out enough to allow some good length gains? If not, what does this mean?

How long have you been stretching that way? When I can’t feel the stretch as much in a particular direction I focus more in the directions I can feel it. I don’t know what it means really, that’s just what I do.
