I have done some reading about stretching, i am going to manual stretch next month (upgrading my PE routine).

But what is the role of the ligaments, Is this the part that makes the penis longer ?

And is it true if you stretch your penis downwards that you will get a hard penis that wont be able to stand up ?


short term goal:: 5.5" long term goal:: 6"

Lengthening the ligaments = longer penis. So I guess you can see the positive side of manual stretches. Its one way to get length gains.

I hung for 3 months and have done manual stretches for as long as a year straight and never noticed a lower erection. I can only speak for myself though.

so your saying that you hung for 3 months and didn’t gain ANYTHING?

also you worked out stretching for a year and didn’t gain ANYTHING?

remember that some guys don’t see gains, not in three months or ever. Why? Some just don’t seem to gain, whatever they do.

Others don’t stick to PE long enough, quit before they start, or are not committed enough. If you jelg half heartedly 1-2 days a week, results will take 20 yrs in coming.

Very few guys gain quickly. Most see gains after 3 months , 6 months, 9 months, a year etc.

If you will give up after three months, don’t waste your time starting. Stop now.

When do you guys get a better ligaments workout ?

stretching the penis downwards.

stretching the penis forwards.

stretching the penis upwards.

If i think of it, i suppose it is downwards or forwards.
But what is your exprience ?

Well I mostly stretched forward when I did manual stretching. But after 3 months, I was not getting the stretch I need to get to my goal Which is 9”. So now I started to hang to pick up where I left off with manual. But I seen nice gains with forward stretching, and I just gain 1/8 inch in two weeks at hanging! I’m at 8 1/8” x 6 1/4” thats bone press measurements. My goal is 9x7 then I will just stick to jelqing to cement my gains.
