When I stretch I cannot seem to stay completely flacid, I will get a 10%-20% slight erection. Is this dangerous at all to stretch without being completely flacid? Thanks for all replies

It’s dangerous to stretch flaccid, let alone with a 10-20% erection. Search for techniques on staying flaccid.

It’s fine, I wouldn’t worry about it as long as you are just stretching with your hands. Most of the time I stretch I’m not completely flaccid. Just make sure to do a warmup first, and you’ll be good to go!

Haha contradiction so which one is it then?

I think springer meant it’s dangerous to stretch erect. Flaccid I believe lowers chances of injury greatly.
