Stretching problems

Hello, when I do the stretching and grasp an inch behind the glans, my skin rolls up to the head and I make the pressure on the head. When I make the grasp powerfull enough, to stay an inch behind the glans, I don’t feel the stretch in ligaments, but I feel the most of the power around the grasped area..

For me it looks like the grasp an inch from glans, is feeling less comfortable, than the stretch pressing on head.

Any suggestion what should I do? Can I cause some damages to my penis?
