Stretching, problems being uncircumcised

Hey Thunder’s

When I stretch (manual), I have problems being uncircumcised, because I feel like I’m just tugging and stretching my skin.
I read in another thread that you are supposed to hold an upside-down O.K. Grip just under the glands, but when I try and hold there, the “string”, or small skin thing, going from my glands to my shaft hurts and that makes it nearly impossible for me to hold there since stretching requires a share of pressure (using to hands to get enough).
I’m also not 100% sure what I’m stretching, am I stretching the “inner-penis” out or am I stretching the ligaments above the penis or am I stretching both?

Thanks, John

Outer tunica is stretched no matter what angle you use. Low angles (BTC, SD) target ligaments, while high angles (SO, SU) and stretching with fulcrum target inner tunica.

To avoid stretching the skin you have to pull back the foreskin and try your best to grasp the inner structure of your penis. More pressure should be on sides of it where there’s no delicate nerves and veins like on dorsal side. It’s a matter of trial and error, but it will come with time and practice.

I’d love to hear from an uncut member who does this without pulling skin, too. I’ve largely stopped manual stretching as I have the same problem as the OP and also don’t want to stretch skin instead of tunica.

Well, me. :) Uncut, 1” of gained length thanks to stretching and my skin hasn’t changed one bit.

So, do you use a wrap or powder or something? Did your head just get used to it? Or do you use your skin to grip below the head?

I’m uncut and I had the same problem at the start. I haven’t been doing this for long but I found that using a 100% cotton towel when stretching really helped on the comfortable part of it all. I also felt that tugging/squeezing pain on the string but the towel cleared that up too. Also I tend to press a little more on the sides now during stretches, rather then top and bottom, it’s alot more comfortable and I feel I still get the same strength applied.

On a side note I have been wanting to remove that string completely cause it feels like it’s just in the way. Then I looked up some facts on what it actually is and what it does, which made me feel less eager to remove it. Apparently the string acts a kind of a vibration enhancer, leading vibrations to the more sensitive parts of your glans during sex or friction in general. It also slightly pulls back your glans in erect state to cut off the “urine supply” (couldn’t think of a better translation).

It may depend on the size of your glans when flaccid. You should retract the foreskin before you stretch, also you probably do not need the pulling force of both your hands if you are still learning how to properly stretch. The string you are talking about is called the frenelum, maybe with your grip you are pinching it.

No, just my bare hands. I always wash before stretching, though, that greatly helps with the grip.

….

This.

Alos a knuckle inverted grip can help too, do a search.

Ok I just had a session where I tried using a towel for grip, it didn’t help, might try a softer one since this was kind of a washcloth, but I don’t think we have soft towels.
But the problem I have is that when I actually get a grip that is feasible it just feels like I’m pulling the head of and not like I’m stretching the shaft. The best stretch I get when I disregard the skin, but I can’t feel if it’s the skin getting stretched or the skin and the shaft, but I don’t want to have excess skin.

I’ve also tried at different erection levels, from 80% where grip is fairly easy since there isn’t much un-stretched skin, but it hurts my head. Down to around 20-30% where I can get ok grip, but one I start pulling the loose skin makes my hand slide over my glands if I try to have any real pulling pressure.

I guess the knuckle inverted grip is my last chance, is it a big problem if I don’t stretch?

Did the knuckle grip, it worked great for grip, but like with the other grips I feel like there is too much pressure on the glans.
With the knuckle grip my glans turned blue/purple after the second or third 30sec stretch and I really just feels like the shaft is stationary and I’m pulling at the glans.

Is this normal considering I haven’t really stretched before.

Kept on doing the knuckle grip, it works alright, finding hard to get a good stretch, but it is stretched never-the-less.

My problem is now that there is massive pressure on my glans, I stretched yesterday and today I see my first little red dot. How do I relieve my glans from the pressure?

Try to squeeze blood out of your glans before gripping, that way there will be less pressure on it.

If you don’t stretch or hang, you can probably kiss length gains goodbye. Very few people get significant length gains from jelqing alone or other more girth oriented exercises.

Wait, are we supposed to stretch flaccid or with erections?

Feb 2012 BPEL = 5.5 inch MSEG= 4.5 inch

Goal = 7x5.5

Ideally you should stretch 100% flaccid, but if you happen to get 10-20% erect, I think it should be okay. Stretching erect is dangerous.
