Stretching problem?
I don’t seem to feel a stretch or feel as it’s doing anything when I stretch up, right or left. Pushing down though I feel a stretch. Am I doing it wrong? I’ve watched the tutorials and read them and still can’t seem to be feeling the stretch or feel like it’s doing anything.
Any tips/help?
Also for a newbie (is 10mins jelq, good or should I be aiming for more)? I’ve read the newbie guide but just asking if I should do more if possible.
Also, how hard/tight should I be tensing the PC muscles when kegeling?
Another question I have is during/after jelqing I have massive buildups of what seem to look like blood clots (or when you hit your nail with a hammer the blood spot). Is this normal or should I stop if it happens to be too big.
Also when jelqing. How hard should I be squeezing? (50% 75% or 100%)?
