Stretching = Poor EQ

To the big gainers and the long time vets, here is the deal.

Out of all my years of PE I have never really developed a stretching routine that has produced solid gains. I have done all different types of manual stretching, used extenders and tried an ADS as well. Nothing has really given me length gains for about the past 3 years. I have gained some length years back when I first started, but that was a long time ago.

Through all of the things I used I always try to fall back on a basic set of stretches to “try” again, but if I stretch for too little time it does not produce gains and if I stretch too much time it kills my EQ. By too little I stretch for about 10 minutes or so every other day and too much is when I stretch everyday. That is just a idea of what I do, but believe me I tried a lot of different combinations of different things over time with little success.

My question is does anyone else have this problem out there?

I just do not understand why it is like this I cannot find a balance to do stretching with some success. Maybe I reached my limit? Maybe I could stretch through the poor EQ for a couple months and see what happens?

Please share your thoughts or experiences with poor EQ from stretching.

Just to answer some possible questions or suggestions:

Yes, I have gained size in girth from jelqing, clamping and pumping over time, but mainly from jelqing. So I can and have gained size in that department.

No, I would not consider hanging an option, but I doubt it would work considering how stretching so little can kill my EQ

This is my strictly personal opinion, ok? I think if you want to gain length through stretching (whatever kind of stretching) after the first months you have to accept periods of bad EQ.

You can gain length by girth oriented techniques, though, like clamping. Or those could make length gains even harder to achieve.

What have you done to bolster your circulation? Do you take any supplements or food-additives to improve circulation while doing a stretching routine?

I do not think the circulation is the problem, I can still get up for sex, and when I take a few days off from stretching my EQ is back at a ten. I do not take any supplements, but I have a diet rich in fruits and veggies.

I always thought about trying to stretch through the poor EQ for months to see what happens, but as I continue to stretch my BPSFL as well as my BPEL decrease. It is like my body is fighting against the stretching.

Your BPFSL decrease? That’s strange. I’d guess too much force is the culprit here. Use mild tension.

Look up theory on the Tunica.

A short summary in a few simple words; when you stretch, and effectively stretch the tunica out, you may need to compensate by doing girth exercises as well to “fill” the tunica up for better EQ.

But that has little to do with losing BPFSL, Krowax.

Weird. I’m just the opposite. I started manual stretching 6 weeks ago and my eq has only gone up. It’s the only thing I do so I know it’s from that.

Short bouts of vigorous manual stretching can raise EQ, indeed. Aren’t the best option for length gains, though, for most of people.

I think it’s normal to go through cycles of various eq although I agree with lawnmowerman, PE has raised my eq, particularly jelqs.

Personally, I never stuck to stretching because it destroys my EQ like clockwork.

But I agree with marinera on this one. I think if you truly want to see results from stretching, you have to accept that your EQ may take a tumble. Personally, I can’t do that - it messes with my psyche. So, I’m banking on other techniques working.

I agree that it messes with my psyche, its almost not worth it for the negative PI’s.

I am going to try stretching with a very mild tension from now on and see what happens. Now I scaled back on the intensity of the stretching before, but I am talking like pulling on it to the point where I feel the slightest hint of a stretch. It may be a complete waste of time, but I shall see.

When I use an ADS my EQ decreases and my BPFSL increases. It’s strange that yours would go down.

I have done nothing but a stretching based routine for about a year and a half now, and while I can say that my EQ was never killed or anything like that, I definitely notice a decline though. I am hovering around a 7 on the EQ scale right now (higher when sex is involved) but I have temporarily accepted it since I have been making constant gains for a while now.

I guess it may be time to take a decon break in order to focus strictly on getting my EQ back to the 9-10 range, but visually noticing your gains can really keep one motivated and hooked on wanting to keep going despite what comes along with it.
