Stretching or Jelqing in hot or warm bath
I first wanted to express my gratitude to the community simply for existing. I stumbled upon this place largely by accident and I doubt I would have believed PE was even possible without it.
My question was about warm-ups and baths. I’m just starting out (this is my first post) and I was wondering if people had experience doing stretches or jelqing while in a bath? I figured since warm-ups were to help prevent injury and encourage elasticity, that doing all the exercises while in warm/hot water would be even better.
I know this might not always be practical, but does anyone know if there are downsides/upsides to this?
