Stretching only?

Stretching only?

Just curious if you can just do stretching to make gains? And if so, would you need to stretch longer to make up for jelqing time etc? One more thing, would only stretching have an impact on girth, meaning would it lower your girth because that isn’t what is being targeted?

I do stretching and jelqing but I was just wondering about it.

No that’s like saying just stretching your arms and legs you would gain muscle. you stretch so you prevent injury and also make room for more blood. So no you would need to also jelq. and lift weights for my example

I dont think you have to jelq or do anything to increase blood flow to gain. You can gain by just hanging or an extender and thats just stretching.

No. The size of your penis is limited in both directions by connective tissue, not the soft tissue inside.

skryss: It’s perfectly fine to only stretch. It will not negatively impact your girth.

Stretching only will impact your lig gains, but don’t expect any girth. Use heat. Lots of it, and re-heat.
