Hey Everyone,

Long time lurker but just signed up. I was wondering what everyone opinion about just stretching are. I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about 3 weeks and I think I might have gained 0.1” in BPEL the last time I measured but that could just be due to better erection quality. However, I’ve come to the conclusion that I have porn induced ED after visiting www.yourbrainonporn.com and have stopped watching porn altogether for about 10 days. Actually, I’ve stopped porn, masturbation and orgasm for the past 10 days. So my problem is that I use to use porn to get semi erect while doing PE. Now without the porn and no fantasy, I can’t get hard at all so jelqing is out. So I’ve been just stretching for the past 10 days.

Obviously, I can’t measure my EL but my stretched FL looks like it increased .2” in the past 10 days (it looks thinner though). I’m doing about 30 minutes of stretching 2 days on and 1 day off.

My question is, should I continue just stretching until I can get semi erect just from sensation alone or should I just wait until I can actually do the newbie routine? Any benefits from a longer stretched flaccid length? I mean say, I gain 1” in stretched flaccid length, will my EL be larger? The reason I ask, is because before when I increased my stretched flaccid length, my erect length did not change.

Initially I had a problem getting semi-erect for PE without the use of porn, but it gets easier with time (though I cannot comment on your condition). Typically what I did (and still do) is some very, very, very light wet jelq strokes combined with hard kegels to force blood into the penis. In the beginning, I really had to focus on forcing blood into my penis. It doesn’t seem to be a problem anymore.

Started (6-10-12) BPEL: 7.000", NBPEL: 6.0" EG: not certain

Current (10-20-13) BPEL: 7.75", NBPEL: 6.375", EG: 4.875"

Goal: NBPEL: 7.5", EG: 5.5"

WIth time, longer FSL will transfer in longer EL.

About your question, I think the issue with porn is grossly exaggerated; anyway, jelqs are a must in my opinion, so find a way to perform them.

Everyone is different…maybe this is just a way for you to determine what works best for you. A great majority of my length gains have come from stretching only.

But yea like marinera said, fsl gains are generally the precursor to erect gains. If you are getting fsl gains then it is safe to say you are on the right track.
