Stretching only affecting skin

I have been doing the newbie stretching for 2 months now and it still feels like I am just stretching skin. The hair on my penis has even ridden up the shaft about an inch, but there has been no gain. Perhaps I am doing something wrong b/c the ligs don’t seem to be getting stretch. Can anybody give more detail about where and how to grip the penis for an effective stretch? Right now I am using my whole hand to grip the penis and pull out.

When you take the grip, make sure the skin is not tight. Pull straight out and pinch on the skin at the base to feel the tightness, if the skin is very tight then you have a wrong grip.

I guess you are uncut, and I know this problem well cause I am uncut too.

Just pull the fore skin 1/3 over the glands and take a good grip, that should do.

Hmm.do I pull the foreskin back or foward? From my understanding from reading manual stretches was to pull all the foreskin back so that your pulling on the ligs or the tunica (whatever stretch your doing). If I pull the skin over the glans then it’s just stretching the skin.

I think stretching, more than any other thing in PE, has the potential to be either a waste of time or a total boon. I had to experiment with grip and etc.etc.etc. for a couple months before I really started to see a concrete effect from stretching. It is VERY DIFFICULT for me to get a good stretch using normal straight out, left, right methods.

Just about all of the stretching I do utilizes some kind of “fulcrum” type of stretch. By twisting my dick over my own hand, wrist, or a wooden dowel I find that I can really exert much more stress onto the ligs. Without using this kind of method it seems like I’m just constantly slipping on the skin. Try utilizing fulcrum style of effects if you’re also having a problem with grip. I also like to reach underneath my leg to grip my dick and then push down on my arm with my leg while slightly twisting the pecker to give a better grip. The key to stretching, as you’re deducing, is to really get a good stretch. It aint the easiest thing to do, but when you get it right it’s pretty obvious. Good luck.

Of course you have to pull the skin back, away from the glans toward the base.

That is bad advice from someone who (judging by their join date of last month) is a newbie.

DO NOT ever pull from the head, as you’re putting yourself in serious potential for damage.

Slack why not pull on the head?? I’m struggling to get a grip too as my foreskin always ruins my grip.. Only manage to stretch for 10 maybe 15 seconds before I slip off even when all is dry

Don’t pull from the head. Keep working on your grip/method. Sooner or later you’ll get it. Took me two months to get stretching to where i really felt it was achieving something.

Surely the head has to play some part in the grip process ?? I try and grab about a centimetre behind the end but most of the pressure of my grip is against my inflated head………why is this wrong?

I can confirm this first-hand. It might seem like the best way to get a grip, but you will injure yourself eventually.

Because the potential for injury is extremely high. There are a lot of nerve endings the glans, and there is also a bundle of nerves on the top of the shaft just below the head, another area you should not put pressure on.

Yeah, pulling from the head is Russian Dick Roulette. You’re fine, you’re fine, you’re fine, you’re NOT FINE! Suddenly your dick is cold and hard and retracted and shorter than it was and you feel seriously FUCKED and depressed. Just remember, the nerves are the conduit whereby all bodily activity is mediated. Nerve damage in your dick will fuck you up good.
