Stretching on my off days are ok?
I made a thread about three weeks ago about a off day stretch routine, but no one replied so I’m making another one. I am curious to know while doing the newbie routine if it is ok to do some stretches on your rest days(no jelqs invoved). On my off days I will usually do manual stretches, I would just like some of the people who have experience or know any better if this is ok. I tried finding off day routines in the search but came up empty.
On my off days I am doing:
5 min rice warm up
Stretch in each direction(left,right,straight out,down and up) one min each direction for 15 mins total
5 min rice sock warm up
10 min BTC Stretch(is split up for rest time)
5 min rice warm up
Maybe edging
Does this seem to be ok? To much, to little?
