Stretching on Hanging days
I am back after a year long break. Started out with Jelq/stretching routines and saw no visible results after about 6 months of dedicated practice. I am now considering hanging with a Bib type hanger and wanted to get some advice from experienced users.
First of all, if money was not a factor, would it be best to build or purchase a Bib hanger? I would get the starter version. Where are the best instructions on building my own?
Second, does it help or hinder to stretch in the shower the same days as I hang? I am planning on hanging 5-6 days a week and starting out really slow, but would add stretching / light jelqing at different times then hanging be a benefit or not? My thinking is my penis will need as much rest as possible so should I save the stretching and light jelqing for right before/after hanging?
