Stretching, need quick feedback!

Hey guys, I’ve been stretching everyday now. Twice a day, morning and night. I warm up 10 min and stretch for 10 min. After about two weeks of this I feel an ache at my base. I’m guessing It’s probably my ligs. But since there fatigued should I hold off for tonight and tomorrow, and start back up the next day? Or is it ok to push on. Its actually only on the left side. And it only hurt if I pull to hard while stretching. Maybe focus a little less on the left side?

I’m gonna start in about an hour so I need to know what you guys think. Thanks all.


Current stat = NBPEL - 6.235", BPEL - 7.000".. Mid EG - 5.063".. Base EG - 5.750" BPSFL - 7.3125 ------ Old stats = NBPEL - 6.000", Mid EG - 5.000

Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.750", BPEL - 8.250".. Mid EG - 6.000".. Base EG - 6.500" ------ Goal Length gains - 1.515". Girth gain - 1.000"

When I did the everyday stretching routine. My ligs started hurting only when I stretched hard directly against them. (stretching downward). I kept going but I put less stress on the ligs by stretching more straight out. Usually this was enough to let me gradually recover (over the course of a few days) and make that dull ache at the base/ligs go away. Example. Day x(morning, night) 1(straight out, straight out) 2(Straight out, 45deg down) 3(45 deg down, >45 down) 4(down as normal against ligs, down as normal against ligs).

But it’s up to you, if your concerned about pain and feel as those you need a break then you probably do. Pm me again if you got any more questions.

Yeah it’s when I tug to the right, it’s stretches the left side and aches a bit. I stretching up, down, left, right. When I just stretch up and down I can hardly feel the ache. So I’ll just stretch up and down at different angles like you described.
