Stretching Length Routine Deployed

I’m not at all new to PE I’ve been off and on for a couple of years. I have a bathmate and other things at home but currently I’m overseas in a not so nice place. My resources are very limited. So jelqing is not an option here. Good news is I’m only going after length at this point because I’m very girthy already.

With manual stretching only could someone help me develop a routine while I’m out here that’s focused on length.

Hot shower or rag or warm-ups aren’t a thing out here. Access to live or tools or anything isn’t an option. I’m limited to my hands and you guys for knowledge.

Any stretching routine, or custom stretching routine would be great. I’m thinking 10-20 minutes a day of different stretches covering the 3 main parts would be optimal.

Stretch up 5 mins, straight 5 mins and down 5 mins. Hold for 5 minutes per direction, not 30 secs. Powpow gained 1 inch in around 2 months. Currently i’m doing this routine too. Too early to measure though, first week with this routine. Give it a try?

You got to have something that will provide some warm up to your unit. Like if you have access to a washroom that is private then get a small towel or a useless sock and rinse it under hot water and wrap your unit in it.

I’ve heard from another guy on a different forum where he used Kegel stretches so there is no keeping track of time per stretch. I’ve included this in my routine and it works a lot better then counting time. So when you stretch at an angle, you do a kegel while you are stretched and you keep a count of either 10 - 30 kegels per angle (Customize it to fit your needs) It definitely amplifies the stretch when performing a kegel at the same time. Hope this helps buddy.

So no a stretches or advanced stretches? Just up center and down?

I agree. That will make you grow, the basic exercises are very useful.

Squat when you stretch straight and down, arms resting on the legs. Walk when you stretch up. With the other hand, grip your gripping hand to add strength and duration. Pull your stomach in when you stretch up to increase the angle.

Instead of being a smartass, tell me what you think is wrong ; I can’t be in your head.

If it’s the squat thing, I didn’t mean a squat exercise. Just staying crouched. Makes it easier to perform deep stretches. As for walking during the stretch up, the hip motion also deepens the stretch (hits the base of the penis). m2c

Sorry, didn’t mean to sound like an asshole. It just seemed weird the whole squat thing.

Is this before or after warm up, and do you proceed with jelqs afterwards?
