Stretching & jelqing

I do not know if I have to do jelqing just after stretching ?? Thank you

The newbie routine lists stretching before jelqing, but not sure if the option of doing it afterword is there.

I usually do them separately at different times of the day as my schedule allows.

I don’t think it matters much which way around you do it. I have mixed and switched between jelqing and stretching depending on the situation, erection level, etc, and don’t think it affects progress.
