Stretching Issues
Hey
I had started a basic stretching routine (10 min per session) and its been two months now since I have began this regime. The problem is that in the beginning I could feel “pressure” or “force” on my ligaments when stretching, but recently I don’t feel pressure on my ligaments, except if I use a much harder grip.
My question should I continue as I did before or should try new techniques like doing it with a very hard grip or something?
Or this perfectly normal?
