I had started a basic stretching routine (10 min per session) and its been two months now since I have began this regime. The problem is that in the beginning I could feel “pressure” or “force” on my ligaments when stretching, but recently I don’t feel pressure on my ligaments, except if I use a much harder grip.

My question should I continue as I did before or should try new techniques like doing it with a very hard grip or something?
Or this perfectly normal?

After two months, it’s quite reasonable to increase the force. It may be that you’ve stretched what you can in that position at that force. Look at V-Stretches or try BTC stretches.
