Stretching issue

Whenever I jelq I can clearly feel my penis getting bigger, the glans grow about 1,5 inches and the penis feels like it’s filling with blood, it gets all red and hard as a rock. It feels good, no pain at all, feels like it’s actually expanding to it’s limits.

But whenever I stretch, I can’t feel anything. Sure I feel the dick being pulled and all of that, but still I don’t feel like it’s actually doing much. When I stretch and kegel, it tugs back and I end up losing the stretch, I tried stretching without kegeling, but this isn’t what the JP 90 days routine tells me to do, and I also still end up not feeling much. So what can I do to get “the feeling”? It’s been 1 month of PE and I got no gains in the length departament, girth wise although, I’ve gained a few centimeters more, mostly in the glans.

Ah you have a condition what I call “the hold back mentality ” this happened with me too as I didn’t gain at all when I first started ,then I quit PE then came back to it and I gained.

You are subconsciously holding yourself back from stretching completely, “If i stretch too much I will get injured” back then this was always at the back of my head when I did my stretching exercises.

The best way to get rid of this is to watch a stretching video while you stretch that might help , try to stretch a bit further than you would normally it wont injure you the worst that can happen is lower EQ which will come back to normal after 1 or 2 days of break .

If all else fails then just keep doing the newbie routine for 3 months then I will help you out.

If you go straight from no stretch to full stretch, you very often won’t ‘feel’ much that feels like effective stretching. Try going into the stretch very slowly as I describe here: firegoat - Length Gains

Thanks for your advice, I’ll look it up as well.

Bro, take it easy OK don’t pull so hard that you penis detaches from your body and heat is you friend. Warm up and down are a must . Read fire goat’s signature.

Back on topic…

I was wondering if anyone has done a study on the varying degrees of connective tissue strength? Some people seem to be able to gain with very little effort while others have to push past the ” hold back mentality”. I, for one, am part of the second crowd. It seems as if I have to pull very hard to feel a stretch often enduring the discomfort of holding my dick that hard with my hands. I also have an endomorphic athletic body that stays naturally strong. I wonder if this has something to do with falling into the second category.

No this is has to do with your mind , your mind forces you to not stretch it out to it’s full extent .

Example : if I give you a hammer and tell you to hit yourself with it you wont do it but if I tell you I will pay you a million if you do so, then you will hit yourself but not with enough force that might hurt you .

Even if you try to punch yourself with full force you cant do it , you will automatically hold back .

There are exceptions where you will go with full force and hit yourself that only happens when you are very angry,frustrated . You will pull your hair, punch your head , slap yourself ,punch walls,desks,and some times other people. etc..

Ahh. Kind of a fear response mechanism, I suppose. If you can get past that fear you should be able to psychologically condition your mind as well as your penis. The question remains: how hard is perfect?

Maintaining the proper grip is essential to not putting too much pressure on the glans which is much more sensitive than the rest of the penis. Hand and arm fatigue also come into play with extended stretching. I start fatiguing around the 1 minute mark if I’m just gripping. I can pull harder and for longer periods using Marinera’s pinch technique.

Soft and wet, do you fatigue quickly or do you feel a lot of pain while gripping?

What do you mean by fatigue? No, I don’t feel any pain at all. I always do it carefully, pain to me is a sign that I must stop.

I think it may be more of an issue of there not being as many nerves stimulated by stretching as there are while jelqing. Most of what we “feel” is on or close to the surface, so when jelqing we feel the entire expanded surface of the penis being stretched. Feels good because it feels like a lot is happening. On the other hand, with flaccid stretches, aside from feeling your grip and maybe some stress at the base you are really only stressing along the tunica, which I don’t think is something you “feel” in the same way or is as sensitive to stresses being applied.
