Hello all, wonderful community here.

I started PE 3 weeks ago doing newbie routine.

Yesterday after warmup and my 1st stretch.. I felt like a pinching sensation everytime I touched penis. It wasn’t unbearable pain but rather annoying and something not right.

I continued stretching and then jelqued and the sensation came everytime the penis was touched. It hasn’t affected EQ or anything.

Now today, it’s still there, when my dick moves around inside my jeans, I feel the same sensation and when I go for a pee and touch it, same again.

It’s on the right hand/ mid to underside of the shaft from what I can tell and it just feels like someone is giving it a good pinch with a small amount of skin in between the fingernails.

There is no evident damage on the outside but the sensation/ pain is still the same as yesterday.

What can this be and what should I do?

That doesn’t sound familiar, but nor does it sound very serious as it hasn’t affected EQ. However, as you are noticing it even when just going for a pee, it’s better to be safe than sorry, so best give it a few days recovery and start gently again.

Thanks firegoat.. I did think I need to take a few days off.. Not happy about that but better to be safe I guess.

Funny thing is the stretches weren’t even as intense as usual and the pain appeared immediately after the very first stretch I did which was BTC to the left.

Did the search option but couldn’t find any similar cases hence posted.

Just to add, EQ has been generally poor even before starting PE and maybe PE has helped it a little as now I can get rock hard after proper stimulation. Before that I would not really get rock hard until it was time to release!

Don’t ever get night woods, do get mild morning woods usually when bladder is full and not been drained overnight.. Is this what morning wood is because of or is that just me?

A full bladder is a common cause of morning wood, but some guys almost always get morning wood, full bladder or not. Almost everyone gets night wood during REM sleep, they just don’t remember!
