I’m doing the newb routine but I have a question about stretching.
When I do stretching should I get grip at my foreskin or should I pull it back before taking grip at the head.? (I watched the video but I couldn’t really see it)

Retract the foreskin and grip under the glans.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Okay, I will do that now. It only feels weird somehow.

That means I was doing this wrong all the time. I never pulled the foreskin back :S

Oh guys here is tip. I cut a piece of an old t-shirt. I wrap that right under my glans. Now I do have more grip can make more pressure on it. Ok now I’ll shut up hehe. :)

Also realize that there are many, many ways to stretch. While there are certain elements of my stretching routine that I come back to during every session, one of the most creative aspects of PE, for me, is coming up with new ways to stretch the unit out. Play with the idea and you’ll see what I mean…fulcrum stretches….A-stretches….etc.etc.etc. I believe that all (flaccid) stretches can be done by a noob provided that the intensity is kept mellow.

Hmmm…Then don’t pull all the way back. Pull slightly, just enough to get a good grip then stretch.
