Stretching help

How many minutes do I need in stretching and how many minutes do I need to hold while I stretch?

I need instructions on how to gain length. PE 2 months no gains at all :(

I think most people do many 30 sec. stretches.

I’ve had great newbie results by doing three 5 min stretches…but that’s just me, never heard of anybody else doing it.

Many members here have better pe knowledge than I have, but from my personal experience and from the results I got, I think it’s better for a newbie to do stretches only to maximise these «easy» newbie gains.

I do about 20 secs in each direction. Then repeat about 3 times.

Its enough to get my penis fully loosened up and not feel “tight” at the ligaments, though I don’t know whether I am doing enough for length gaining.

Which is why I am gonna try hanging.

Tnx for some instructions. But I’m really confuse because some don’t have the same time in holding their stretch. Can somebody help me in my stretching routine. Give me proper instructions.

Hold a bit under the glans. Check the tutorial video that includes manual stretches.

Continue one more month (3 months all in all) and your penis should be conditioned to other excersises, like hanging. Not all PEers gain from the newbie routine, but they continue anyway to condition their penis to other, sometimes better and “harder” excersises.
