Hello guys, this is my first post here. A little background: in the last few years, I tought that I had to live with a generally whack dick. Not very good looking, erection problems, phimosis, below average, small flaccid hang. When I was 12-13-14 like most boys that age I had constant erections, I had a lot of libido etc. Then I had erections gradually less frequently and less and less libido with the time passing, but I tought it was normal, but a few experience that I had really convinced me that I had problems. Not a full erectyle discussion but certainly some problems. My problem was caused in a good percentage by masturbation.
- I began masturbating at 8
- I masturbated a lot
- What really is important, I masturbated the worst possible way. Searching the internet, I heard of the death grip and all that stuff, well, if that’s a thing, I had a SuperMegaUltraInstinctKaiokenX20 Death Grip. I don’t want to get in the details of how I masturbated, but I really destroyed my penis. Oh well, not really destroyed since I have a still normal dick and it’s all fixable, but I did not do good to my penis.

About the phimosis, now I know that I probably have it but it is not a serious thing, very low grade of phimosis, not a problem.
So, initially I got into NoFap. Because A) I know that I needed it B) I immediately noticed the results. First two days of nofap I peed constantly. It was crazy. I measured my flaccid and it was about 9,5 cm. It was a great surprise, I tought that I was at something like 7-7.5.. Now (1 month of nofap before I started to mesure my erections, restarted to fap sometimes, like 2-3 times a week, edging etc) I constantly measure it slightly above 10, I would say 10,4 on average or something like that. Let’s say I have a 4 inch flaccid, that’s my size before PE (I still have not started it, I just did a bit of stretching yesterday). As I was saying, it was a great surprise. I always tought to have a small flaccid, never showed it to anyone, never showered in public etc, and so I discovered that I had a not great, but still above average flaccid.
But erections are my problem. First of all, a combination of 1 month of nofap, then a bit of fap, edging etc had some benefits, my penis looks better, I often have morning woods, some random erections etc, but still it takes too long to have a good erections and things like that but those things are improving, I know that at the start of next year (random date) I will be fine.
My problem is that I have small erections. It grows like 3 cm? Or slightly above that. So, after lurking here, on pegym, on reddit, etc. For a bit I decided to start PE. I bought a lubricant and now I’m here. The way I masturbated could be the cause of my shitty erections but that’s nothing I can do apart from waiting and PEing. If PE doesn’t do anything for me I will do some medical tests, I already know what do do. So.

Yesterday I tried stretching for the first time (Not that I never stretched my dick, but I did it just to measure my flaccid stretched) and I have some problems.
As you may have understood I’m uncut. I would prefer to stretch without retracting my foreskin. I just did 30 seconds one time up, down, left and right, so I still have not really started PE. I did not know if I was doing it right. Basically if I stretch my penis to measure my flaccid stretched length, I grab the tip of my penis and I stretch, in that way the final part of the penis, that has a lot of skin, get really stretched up, and the rest maybe just a bit. In my penis the tip of it is just skin, like about 1,5 cm after the end of the glans it is just skin, if I press the tip nothing is inside of it and I tought this was.. Normal? But reading better I understood that you should grip 1 inch before the glans, so basically at the middle part of the penis? And how can you stretch it holding it like that? It doesn’t really stretch. If I don’t grab it at the end of it it doesn’t really stretch, but If I grab it at the end I feel like I’m only stretching the tip of the penis. And it is not even about the feeling, it is just that I read that it is not the right way to do it. So, thoughts?

What is “death grip” masturbation? Do you just squeeze it really hard?

By “small erections”, what do you mean? If you mean the growth of 3cm is small, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Some are “growers” (where your flaccid is small and grows to an average or above-average penis) and some a “showers” (where your flaccid penis is above average but your erection also remains average). Personally mine only grows by just under 2cm, maybe even 1,5cm. This is normal.

To stretch, usually grip just below the glans and tug away, with the foreskin over the glans. Im also uncut and I think this stretching gave me some lig gains of around 1cm but also some extra foreskin that i didn’t want. It seems different slightly, as if more can bunch up on the end when i stretch. This may be something to think about.

But how much can you stretch it if you don’t stretch the tip? This is what I don’t understand. If I try to pull from the middle I just pull my skin up and the fingers go closer to the tip. I don’t really understand how can I stretch it without grabbing the tip. Maybe my dick is the problem.

But what’s the problem if I grab the tip? I don’t think it’s unsafe, I don’t even touch the glans.

Are there any other instruction videos apart from the notorious one? If I look at that one that guy has a long flaccid (I would guess slightly above 6 inches) but when he stretches it it doesn’t get that much bigger. If there are other instruction videos it would be very helpful

For me the best ways I’ve found to stretch are like a mild fulcrum stretch and also BTC stretching. Otherwise I have the exact same issue you are having where i just end up bunching up the foreskin over the glans.
For the fulcrum stretch i use one hand, grab just behind the glans, stretch directly out (100% flaccid) and using my palm apply pressure to the shaft.
BTC stretch = “between the cheeks”. Basically you reach behind yourself, pull your unit behind you and tug it up and back towards your tailbone.

Grabbing the tip would probably be painful? It’s also hard to directly grip, hence behind it is better; where the ridge is. Gives something to put pressure against.

So to me it looks like you have to pull the penis down/up, not even stretch it.

You should be pulling it to its maximum length, and then with a little bit of force more. The guy does have a large flaccid, but you’ll probably get one too from PE. This is pretty much so far all i’ve gotten out of it; an extra cm in both dimensions. Not sure if it will shrink down again if a stop for a week though.

The one I feel the most pull from is the BTC I mentioned earlier. Give it a try :)
