Hi, I have been a fan of this forum for awhile, trying to learn as much as can. Trying to follow the newbie routine now but have a concern about my stretching grip: Over the years (I’m 31) I’ve done some pre PE awareness manual stretching and have always pulled the skin back (I’m uncircumcised) and overhand gripped right behind the glands (head?) with the “ok” facing towards me. I can do this using all my arm strength with virtually no discomfort and like the fact that it doesn’t stretch the skin but now understand (I think) that the proper grip is a inch or two behind the glands. Have I become desensitized? Should I change the grip? It’s actually kind of alarming how much force I can apply but have never notice any spotting or discoloration. Thanks for your input!
