Stretching gives me premature ejaculation?

Hello all!
After some time doing some basic PE I realized that as long as I perform any kind of stretching in my routine I pretty much loose my stamina in bed. It’s not that I become more sensitive in my glans, in fact during oral sex or direct stimulation using my hands and some lubricant I’m not any quicker than before. Moreover, it doesn’t matter how strong or how long I keep the tension during the exercise, I always end up feeling the same. The problem seems to be some kind of added sensitivity inside the shaft, somewhere down into the base of my unit, like I feel my urethra is tender and this feeling push me quickly to the edge on PONR during thrusts.

The first time I noticed this issue I was pretty much at the beginning of my journey in PE (sometime in May) and soon the lady got slightly pissed. I noticed that the one-week break of all my PE brought the stamina back but sent me back to average hardness erection. Now that I’m back in a break I’m thinking maybe stretching is not for me and I should start from scratch with a jelq only routine.

Do anyone feel the same as me? What do you think about my idea of implementing a jelq-only routine?

I’ve had the same problem. Or at least a similar problem. It’s been frequently reported that length exercises in general reduce EQ (temporarily) while girth exercises tend to increase EQ. I fixed it for myself simply by doing three things: first I did some girth work at the end of my PE session, like adding 20-30 second squeezes. Secondly I upped my kegel regime, which allowed me to have more control over my erections and ejaculations in general. Third, I edge. A lot. At least twice every day for 15 minutes each, but sometimes up to 2 1/2 hours on a day. The control you gain from practicing should blow the premature ejaculations out of the water in a matter of weeks; permanently. Plus I’m convinced (though not everyone is) that it has helped me gain.
