Stretching Frequency Question
Most people agree on two basic PE principles, stretching for length and jelqing for girth and cementing gains. And most people agree that a 2 on 1 off routine is a good routine to see gains while avoiding injury.
My question is: wouldn’t it be better to stretch more frequently with less force. One idea is to warm up and stretch 2 or 3 times a day for a few weeks. In theory this would keep the ligs good and stretched without giving them a chance to return to their original state. Then, once you reach your desired length, focus more on jelqing to maintain and eventually cement your gains.
Does this seem reasonable? Has this been tried?
