I have found lots of information about stretching that’s supposed to be effective for people with a low LOT, but “nothing” about high LOT. Is it only straight down that is recommended?

I see LOT still being used on BIB’s forum and others crek88 so when you say no longer accepted do you mean that in a conclusive way for everyone? No longer accepted by who? I do agree in pulling your penis, but I also believe the LOT theory to have substance. No theory is perfect but having a plan and understanding the anatomy of the penis and why some angles of stretching might work for one and not others is a good thing to know.

I have a high LOT Crabman99 and so far SD and SO have been working pretty well for me on manual stretching (which I hate) and Hanging (which I LOVE). I’ve gained a little under and inch in 4 months. Hoping its a full inch in two weeks which will be my half year mark.

When I say “no longer accepted” I mean that many posts from moderators and senior members do not consider the LOT theory to be effective when streching and/or hanging.

Thanks! Ok, pull I will :) But how hard? How long? I’m starting to think that 30 sec * 10 or 20 or 30 sets is nothing considering people wear extenders for hours every day…for months before they see any gains.

ds Hanging… is there a safe (and affordable) way to get started with that or should I go for a BiB hanger or something like that? Just in case I feel the need for a gadget when stretching… How the hell do you stretch SO when hanging? :)
