Stretching everyday after newbie

I currently have under my belt two months of newbie routine (I skipped the stretching here and there) then three weeks of clamping then back to jelq/stretch.

I currently do two on one off split.

I was wondering since I already have the newbie under my belt if it would be OK and more beneficial to stretch everyday?

My goal is to get what I can from the stretching and jelq, hopefully one inch erect length over the course of 2-4 month. After I cement the one inch length I will shoot for 3/4 to a inch girth and cement it.

Clamping is a very advanced exercise, and should not be attempted without a lot of PE experience.

There are many intermediate exercises you can do before you jump to clamping.

As for stretching, taking a day off every week is good for growth, and your mind as well.

Growth happens while resting. Don’t skim on those. :D

i jumped right off the clamping back to the stretch jelq so i would get the length and not hurt myself… since im past the newbie im not sure if i need another day in a row of work then one rest even if its just stretching on the third day and no jelqs on that third day. im really focused for the length at the moment but dont want to rest too much if the constant fatigue is what does the trick after newbie.

Taking a day off every week will not harm your gains, on the contrary, it may prove more beneficial. :D

Sometimes I take two days off. Changes up the routine and helps confused the body. You’ll learn you body tries to adapt to everything. Even a slight different angle may help gains.
IMO stretching is essential, my form of stretching comes from hanging or ADS.
I have had great length gains from BTC then OTS/SO

Started 7.1 Inches EL
Currently 8.6 Inches EL
Goal 9+

Don’t rush it.

Take your time.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
