Stretching Every Day

My current routine is:
2 sets of 30 seconds at different angles for Stretching (adding in a set every 2 weeks) and 110 jelqs (adding 10 every week) - 2 days on 1 day off
and
Pumping 5 days on 2 days off - 15-20 minutes - 20 sec high pressure 20 sec low pressure, repeat.

Do you think it could be beneficial to do 10-15 minutes (or possibly more) of manual stretches every day of the week? Or do you think it could hinder gains? I am fairly content with my 5.5 EG but would really like to improve on my 6.3 NPEL.

I did not think so at first but my EQ has not been as high. I am thinking I may back off of the pumping and just stick to the 2 on 1 off jelq and stretch routine.

To get yourself in good condition to do what is really advanced work usually requires 3-6 months worth of work. Cutting down would greatly reduce the chance of an injury.
