Just curious…

Let’s say I have 4,5 inch girth, and I decide not to go jelqing…

instead I only do a routine consisting of STRETCH-exercises, such as “5-way stretch, 2-way stretch, sit-down stretch” etc….

I do this for… 9 months?

After that time, while my length have increased a bit…

Would my GIRTH be the same as before/smaller/larger???

That is, do stretching affect girth negatively, or even positively for that matter?

You would assume that lengthing the penis would cause a loss in girth(like pulling on a slinky as it gets longer the girth deminishes) but pe just creates micro tears and is replaced with new tissue. I have never seen a loss in girth on this forum.

Exochico,have you read any of the posts by Monty? He hangs SO and gained 2 in. In length and 1 in. In girth ,without doing any direct girth exercises. He accomplished this in 1 year while hanging SO (straight out) using a bungee cord. So, at least in his case, his girth significantly increased! Good luck with whatever routine you decide upon. JD

I do mainly stretching and a few jelqs here and there just so that doesn’t happen, but so far I’ve seen a slight increase in girth even with light jelqing and very heavy stretching.

It is highly unlikely you’ll stretch it out and lose your current girth. It will likely increase a bit - even if you focus on stretching.

However jelqing is good for moving the blood around. Jelqing at lower levels of erection (20% or so) is thought to aid lengthening.

I wouldn’t leave out steps of the newbie routine: whether warming up, stretching, jelqing, or kegeling. It all helps.

Your upper and middle girth will stay the same but it is not unlikely that you have gained base girth.

You didn’t say why you choose not to jelq. I don’t jelq because of having sex one or twice a day with the wife. I predominately stretch and jelq only a couple of days a month when on business trip. I have been able to increase length and girth with stretching consisting 98% of my routine. Give it a try and let us know what happens.
