Stretching:Before or After PT.2
About 6 weeks ago I posted a thread on whether you should stretch before or after jelqing. I set up a program in which I alternated them. The program was:
10- 5sec. Stretches all 4 directions
50 dry jelqs
10- 5sec. Stretches all 4 directions
50 dry jelqs
10- 5sec. Stretches in all 4 directions
50 dry jelqs
I did this once in the morning and once at night.
So here is what I came up with.
First, that was WAY too much for me to handle. I started noticing that I couldn’t get a semi-erection after the first 2 sets. I’m pretty sure I was over training. Also when I did masturbate it seemed almost as if it was getting smaller instead of getting larger. I cut down half of the total jelqs I did. I only did 50 in the morning and 100 in the evening. I also cut the stretching back to 2 sets of 5- 10 sec. In the morning and night. This has worked a lot better. I didn’t have a size change, but it feels and looks more plump in the flaccid stage. I’m going to measure again in about a month, so hopefully there will be some gains.
Second, this is definitely the way to go for me. It really doesn’t take that much more time and my commitment has been a lot better. I don’t have a set routine of 5 on and 2 off. I just do it for however many days seem right and then I take a day or two off.
