Hey guys, just wondering what you guys think about stretching before and after. I read to gain length, extra stretching is needed, so I decided to try stretching after jelqing also. Do you think this is alright to do?


August 2008: NBPEL 4"

I stretch before and after, I dont think it should be ok. Also I just have a light stretch every so often for the next hour or so after the workout just to keep the penis more extended.

Stretching after girth exercises is great.. lots of blood in the penis but it’s still soft. Feels very pliable and loosened up compared to stretching alone.

My glans is less sensitive after a good session of jelqs, then stretchs are less painful.

I vote therefore for making them afterwards.

This is my present routine and after almost 2 months I have gained at least a 1/4 inch in lenght. I’m a pure example of this routine.. 60 jelqs. Penis is plumb and engorge then a 120 second stretch. Thats all. Repeat till you feel is enough.

In less than a year you gained 2 inches?

I have been Jelqing and Stretching for like a year and a Half. Those stats are from when I first join Thunders.I have been doing some variations to my routine but for the last 2 months I have been doing this type of routine which has given me the highest gains.and there is an error on my signature I should say February 10 2009.I would correct that .and yes I have gain 1.5 Inches in less than an year.

Damn… might try that if I don’t see any gains by my sixth month mark this time around, so about july. about how plump/erect % is it when you stretch it? How many sets of 60jelqs then 120 second stretches do you do right now? How about when you started?


August 2008: NBPEL 4"

I try to get my penis to a 70% erection and start doing jelqs (30 to 40), when the erections starts to subside during the jelqing you will have the perfect state of penis for stretching. It should be a about a 30 to 20% erection but your penis will be plump and engorge and at the same time flaccid enough to do stretching. Then I do two sets of 60 seconds stretch (one with each hand, 120 seconds total) one after the other without any rest between them. After the stretching, rest and shake your member, you will notice it longer and engorge because of the jelqing. Repeat till you think is enough. Sometimes you will feel your ligaments start to have discomfort, that’s the time for me to stop and avoid injury. Another thing is that you have to be careful w/ jelqs in this routine since your doing a lot to your penis (jelqing and then stretching without any pause) you can bleed through the urethra, very scary shit. When I first started this routine I began to do jelqs with a lot of force and high erections and had this problem 2 times. Just do normal jelqs (no 440’s) in a 60 to 70% erection and you’ll be fine. Do not overdo or you’ll get injured. Trust me, you will have urges to do this all the time, that is why I say till you have done enough for you penis is when you should stop.

Forgot, I do two sets of 30 to 40 jelqs (60-80 total) before the stretching. I do one set and rest the penis for about 10 to 15 secs and then do the additional 30 o 40. This is because of my paranoia of the bleeding accident.

I’ve been researching stretch duration times on the Internet tonight. Yes, studies have proven that a 60 second stretch is not more effective than a 30 second stretch, but there is some information that suggest that a 120 second stretch like et3rno is talking about is more effective for causing the changes in collagen.

I was very excited to read what I read tonight. I’ve been searching thunders for threads mentioning the 120 second stretch, and this thread, and one with Shiver and MX (a good sign to see those two discussing it). That’s about it.

Oh, a physical therapist mentioned myofascial stretching, and longer durations on his progress report for PE here too.

I’m going to gather more info. I’m holding back from writing a thread about this.
