Stretching angle

Hey guys, I’ve been reading quite a bit and just want an opinion or advice as far as where to most focus the stretch. I read the LOT stuff and I’d be at 8 on the clock. I will continue stretching in all directions, but if I have time to focus in either an upwards or downwards or even straight out for a significant amount of time.. What would be the most effective for me? Thanks

Look try every direction and you may find some particular angle where you feel stretch more than on other. Focus on that angle. That is different for everybody.

Thanks, I do every direction. I guess I’m trying to figure out my anatomy. Hmmm.. But I think I’m getting the hang of it.
