Hey guys, I’ve been reading quite a bit and just want an opinion or advice as far as where to most focus the stretch. I read the LOT stuff and I’d be at 8 on the clock. I will continue stretching in all directions, but if I have time to focus in either an upwards or downwards or even straight out for a significant amount of time.. What would be the most effective for me? Thanks
