Stretching and Tugbacks
In the past about month and a half, I’ve been experimenting, mainly with jelqing only with warmups and warmdowns and warmup stretches, and I’ve found success through trial and error and I am happy to say that I can now hold about an extra 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch in the upper half (which is good because my unit is shaped like a torpedo!)
Now that I’ve found my method, I’m now looking back on the posts about tugbacks and stretching because I’m going to start actively incorporating stretching into my routine.. I don’t think I found one that was about my next question if I recall correctly..
In tugbacks, what you do is hold your unit out at different “clock hands” positions (12 O’clock, 3 O’clock, etc.) and you try to “tug” your ligs/muscles to see how much tug you have..
Well.. I have one or two clockhand positions that does NOT have any tugbacks.. At all.
Does this mean that it’s already maxed out and that I shouldn’t bother stretching towards that direction, but instead focus on the other directions that DOES have tugbacks?
Or should I still stretch in every direction, because it might still lengthen my unit some, regardless of no tugbacks?
If there’s already a topic on this, and I missed it - my apologies.
