Stretching and the Foreskin

Everytime I do a stretching exercise, I notice that my foreskin overlaps the head of the penis after the stretch. I have a circumsized penis and was wondering whether my stretching exercise was targeting the length of my penis or just targeting my foreskin. I HAVE gained through stretching, but the results were minimul.

You need to make sure you’re gripping in the right place, just behind the glans, all the skin should be “out of the way” so to speak. Pull it back as far as you can and then grip.

If I grip lower, about 2 inches behind the glans, will I still gain (I have a better grip that way and I feel more of my ligaments stretching)? It also hurts the head of my penis if I hold right behind the glans because the skin causes me to slide down and put pressure on the glans, even if I pull the skin back.

You may gain but you aren’t stretching in the ideal way. This will only target the ligs while a big part of the tunica (the two inches that you don’t stretch) won’t be worked.

I am also uncut but my skin never slides back. Put some additional blood in your glans to improve grip. Grab just behind the head and tightly enough to not slide but not so tight that it hurts. Just pull in the desired direction, and your hand won’t slide off anymore :) .

I agree with Bird2, hold behind the glans. There will be some pain involved, after all, you are gripping an area that is generally protected from any outside contact, but that’s part of the game. The pain will lessen once you’ve learne dhow to grip properly and that can take some time. Most important is to allow yourself time to find the grip for each stretch. Don’t just throw your hand on there and go for it, if it doesn’t feel just right re-set the grip and go from there. Hell, I sometimes re-set my grip 3-4 times in order to get a good one.

And you’re not feeling the ligaments stretch as much as you may think when gripping lower on the shaft, basically all you’re really stretching that way is skin.
