Stretching and LOT
So I found my LOT to be around 7 to 7:30. Does that mean I should just stretch upwards while doing stretches and not even bother stretching downwards? And what angle should I stretch at? I’ve been peing for 2 1/2 months and have seen little gain in length, but about .2 inches in girth. I just began reading about LOT. Should’ve done it earlier. Now I regret it!
